We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Intermediate Elementary Teachers to join our upper elementary team. Our intermediate team thrives on collaboration, data-driven instruction, and fostering a growth mindset in students.
Grade levels and specific subject assignments for the upcoming academic year will be determined based on the strengths, certifications, and preferences of the hired cohort.
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction for intermediate elementary students.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Collaborate regularly with grade-level and subject-area Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and administration.
- Valid Arkansas Elementary Education Teaching Certification (or reciprocal state license).
- Strong understanding of child development and intermediate pedagogical practices.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
